  Today, I took back an item that was damaged. I just wanted to exchange. The lady at the register, took my item to one of the ladies that out ranked her and was told because I didn't have a receipt, they would not except it and because it was opened. How was I supposed to know it was damaged unless I opened it and whether I had a receipt or not, you can only get a store credit. Think about it! I did not feel like driving back to the place I originally purchased my item but I did and the manager was soo nice, she exchanged it with no problem. The dollar tree on the Mesa can learn a thing or two about taking care of the customer.

  The staff at 6955 Mesa Ridge Parkway Fountain Colorado has the worst customer service ever. I love this store but I will never go to that particular location because of how rude they are.
