    LAAAZY LAAZY LAAAZY . their movers are EXTREMELY LAZZY . They came to pick and replace my parents broken washer , once they arrived they removed one washer and took it out(they struggled because of the stairs they are slim) and when they brought the other one back they lied and tried to say the basement smelt so they just left the washer on the front step making my disable veteran father carry and almost break the washer with help of 1 person. Mind you how difficult it was bringing it up between two strong men , it was damn near impossible for my DISABLED father and 1 other person to move it . They just didnt want the hassle of bringing it back downstairs, there wasnt a smell we have used them and EVEN RENT A CENTER and have never had this problem with 'Smells" EXTREMELY disappointed in these people today if i could rate 0 i would!

    I am having payment issues with Aarons. I have a king size bed almost paid off, 2 TV's that I am trying to pay off and a washer and dryer that I have been trying to return for 3 months. I've spoke with Nikki at the store and she is rude and condescending. I fell behind and done everything to get caught up, I have told them before I refuse to go into the store because they have become rude and at times yelling at customers. I called one of the area managers (I think he was the area supervisor) and the same behavior continued. They still refuse to come get the washer and dryer, I went online and paid the bed off. This must have really upset them because since then, my online account is no longer open to make payments. It says I must go into store to pay. I'm not going into the store. I have made that clear. They have threatened me with court and at this point that sounds like my best option. Any one else having these issues? Any suggestions on how to actually pay off my contract for the tv's? I'm tired of going through this with them. It seems that when you get your items almost paid off, they will go to any lengths to take it back and leave the customer with nothing.
